Ana and Delaney truly had such an artistic elopement day at Snoqualmie Falls. Both art lovers, they wanted to include a focus on creating during their wedding day. Delaney is a model and Ana is an artist so Delaney provided her modeling skills for Ana as well during the art portion of the day!

Ana + Delaney’s Elopement at Snoqualmie Falls on Snoqualmie Pass

These guys met online and very quickly hit it off and realized that they were meant to be. They love going on long walks and playing scrabble together. They have a cute american Bulldog together that they love and take her on tons of play trips to the dog park.

They wanted Snoqualmie falls because of their love of Twin Peaks and how iconic to Seattle the falls are! The waterfalls are 270-feet high and is one of Washington state’s most-visited tourist attractions with more than 1.5 million visitors per year. Sheeeesh! Luckily for us, I have a pass that lets us get down to the rocks and avoid the crowds! We usually don’t see anyone else when we’re down by the falls!

Then they celebrated making things official by hanging out and making some art by the river. We took some photos on the rocks near the falls and then we headed back to a calmer place for Ana and Delaney to chill and get creative together. Their favorite thing!

About Snoqaulmie Falls

Snoqualmie Falls is one of my favorite spots on the Snoqualmie Pass because of how easy it is to access! All you gotta do is walk down a super easy 1/2 mile hike/walk through the forest down to the falls! Its slightly downhill but totally doable in a wedding dress! This hike goes through a Hoh Rainforest mini woods with moss-covered trees and ferns galore! Then, you can begin to hear the waterfall as you hike closer. The roar gets louder and then all of a sudden, it is right in front of you! Wayyyyyyy better than the pictures! Snoqualmie falls is an EXPERIENCE.

Ana and Delaney were suuuper smart and rented a room at the gorgeous Salish Lodge right up the road for their getting ready. They used the lodge to get dressed in and as a great place to eat at after the elopement. The lodge has an amazing restaurant with sooooo much yummy food and is the perfect place to land after a long day of exploring! It’s like coming home to your own personal mountain retreat. The mountainside hotel pays tribute to the natural surroundings while incorporating upgraded features and amenities inspired by the Lodge’s distinctive heritage.

This lodge is a perf option for couples looking to elope at Snoqualmie Falls or stay in Snoqualmie for their Snoqualmie Pass elopement. It sleeps 86 guests so you can stay there by yourselves or invite some of your besties, or have a few more guests there for a nighttime celebration in the forest.

Now outdoorsey couples will be psyched about the tonss of opportunities nearby for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing & snowboarding in the winter, and fishing! Snoqualmie Pass is such a great place for all of your outdoor needs!
